HW800 AlkaPro
Tankless, under sink · 800 GPD · 7 filtration stages
The AlkaPro is the drinking water upgrade. Seven stages, alkaline remineralization built into the unit rather than bolted on as a separate cartridge, and no storage tank at all, which gives back roughly 70 percent of the space under your sink. It makes 800 gallons a day on demand as you pour, flushes its own membrane, reports filter life on a faucet mounted monitor, and runs a 2:1 waste ratio, among the most efficient designs sold. It is certified to NSF/ANSI 58 for TDS reduction. The one requirement worth knowing before you choose it: the unit needs a power outlet under the sink.
- NSF/ANSI 58
- NSF/ANSI 42
- NSF 372 lead free

The seven stages
- Sediment prefilter. A 5 micron first pass for suspended grit.
- Carbon block. First chlorine and chemical pass.
- Second carbon block. A deeper pass before the membrane, and longer membrane life because of it.
- Reverse osmosis membrane. 800 gallons per day, made on demand with no storage tank.
- Post carbon. Taste and odor polish on the way out.
- Alkaline remineralization. Minerals restored and pH balanced inside the unit.
- Final carbon pass. The gentlest stage sits last, right before your glass.
